    • PCNP Annual Conference Nov 2-4, 2017 Winds of Change, Erie PA
    • Cheryl Schlamb reported WE HAVE A BILL SB25 introduced by Sen. Camera Bartolotta 46th district
    • Kim reminded that it passed the Senate but had not gotten to the House of Representatives so contacting both your Senators and HoR is important
    • LOBBY DAY APRIL 18, 2017, Watch for an email from PCNP to sign up, they will group attendees together who have the same congressmen/senator to visit as a team. It’s a great opportunity to visit with your reps and show support for our profession.
  • We continue to need Sponsors– Please see if you have reps willing to sponsor – We’ve had some recent experience with some company’s posing restrictions. We don’t like to do this but sometimes it’s the only company/rep willing to sponsor. For example the April meeting sponsor has said that their drug is black boxed for pediatrics so anyone working in strictly pediatrics will be unable to attend. We don’t know how wide spread this will become but know it is not our first choice.
  • ATTENDANCE AND MEETING LOGISTICS—If we don’t sign in and the reps can’t line up their numbers we could find ourselves in jeopardy of sponsorship.
  • Dues: You should receive an email from PCNP when your dues are due, if you renew late you will fall off of our membership list and invite list. PA’s dues are overdue,
  • MEMBERSHIP: Please get a friend to join- Welcome Maria Lubrano-Lobianco
    • Reminder: new members, we will not know about you for at least 3 months from your sign up so send Kim and email if you are a new member so she can get you on the list.
